Fingen has become a market leader in the identification, acquisition and sustainable development of iconic properties with special historic and artistic value. After painstaking restoration and refurbishment, Florence’s late 15th-century Palazzo della Gherardesca became the 22,000m2 Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, a 116-room luxury resort in the midst of a 45,000m2 private park. Another Fingen project involved the development of Florentine centro storico landmark Palazzo Tornabuoni as Italy’s first Private Residence Club, with 38 elegantly appointed apartments and club rooms in a prestigiously-situated townhouse that blends state-of-the-art technology and conveniences with masterful original decor and works of art. More recently, in the heart of Budapest’s business district, the Group unveiled its renovation of historic Dorottya Palace, which today hosts 22,000m2 of luxury residences, offices and retail space.
